Day 1: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park
Pick up from from your hotel or Airport early enough for lunch at the Impala Hotel, Arusha, at 1230hrs. After an a sumptuous lunch, at 1400hrs depart for Lake Manyara with scenic views on the way.

The night will be spend at Kirurumu Tented Lodge which is set at the edge of Mto Wa Mbu escarpment with panoramic view over Lake Manyara and the Great Rift Valley. The environment is well maintained which attracts different species of birds. For the birdwatchers you will not need to travel far to spot birds as the Acacia woodland around the camp makes enhanced breeding habitat for about nine species of weaver-birds residing the area.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park
This morning after enjoying your breakfast, start the journey with a scenic view while enjoying morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, around midday return to the lodge for lunch then drive to Serengeti National Park.

Lake Manyara National Park is located in the northern Tanzania covering an area of about 330sq km of which 70%, upto 200 sq km, is occupied by the lake when the water levels are high. The ecosystem in the region is diverse and it consists of ground water forests, acacia woodland and open grassland along the lakeshore and sustains a wealth of wildlife whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, flamingos and other varieties of birdlife. More than 400 species have been recorded. The park is famous for the elusive tree-climbing lions that inhabit the woodland between the lake and the Rift Valley.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park
On this day, after breakfast depart for morning game drive in the endless plains of the Serengeti for a chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles or a pride of lions sleeping in the shade and return to the lodge for lunch at Serengeti safari Lodge. In the afternoon depart for an afternoon game drive until dusk.

Serengeti is most famous for its annual migration and widely regarded as the best wildlife reserve in Africa due to its density of predators and prey. The park which lies in the north of the country covers an area of 15,000 sq km of grassland plains, savanna as well as riverine forest and woodlands hosts more than 3 million large mammals.

The park supports many species of animals, including topi, eland, hyna, waterbuck, baboon, African wild dog, gazelle, cheetah, Thomson’s and Grant’s gazelle, The big five : elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard and rhino. The park also boasts more than five hundred bird species.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Conservation Area

0700hrs - After an early morning breakfast, check out and depart for an enjoyable morning game drive in the Serengeti National Park. Return for Lunch at Serengeti Sopa Lodge. After lunch drive to Olduvai Gorge, which is one of the most important prehistoric sites in the world and has been instrumental in furthering understanding of early human life on the path of human evolution, it was discovered by Dr. Louis Leakey. Then proceed to Ngorongoro Conservation Area to arrive for Dinner at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge. The lodge sits on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater from where you get awesome views of the collapsed volcano.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, Commence by descending 2000 feet (over 600 metres) to the floor of the crater. You will depart for a day crater tour with picnic lunch. Covering 260 sq. km, the crater is often called ‘Africa’s Eden’ and the ‘8th Natural Wonder of the World,’ . It is an attraction in its own right. Within the crater rim, large herds of zebra and wildebeest graze nearby while sleeping lions laze in the sun . You will have an opportunity to explore the forest areas that are inhabited by monkeys and elephants, the lake area, where you may see the flamingos and the open savannah where the lions hunt for food.

Day 6 : Departure
0800 hrs- After breakfast, check out and drive back to Arusha Town, Lunch will be served at Impala Hotel.
